We pay particular attention to the origin of our ingredients. Therefore, we work with farmers and cooperatives as close as possible. For example, the oats, wheat, barley, rye and spelled in our recipes always come from France (apart from the gluten-free oats grown in Europe). We can keep this commitment by forging privileged links, thanks to close collaborations with French producers carefully selected over the years.
